Successful People's Failure Stories – 2
As a starting point, in every work we want and dream to do on behalf of our country; there will be traces of productive, courageous and collaborative individuals who have dreams and passions, are confident in their competencies, and are open to development.
That's why I wanted to share with you the second of the failure stories of successful people that should be taken as an example and that we will feel good when we think of them when we are in a difficult situation.
You can reach the first one here.
J.K. Rowling:
We can call him the world's first billionaire writer. We are talking about a person who deservedly achieved this high success with the Harry Potter books and its licenses. Well, it seems impossible to know or even to predict that such a famous and successful person once received official support because he needed it, and is considering suicide. Divorced after a short marriage, unemployed and living alone in the early stages of his writing, he came out of what he called the worst period of his life.
While making this debut, he showed the first Harry Potter book he wrote to a dozen publishers and was rejected. Finally, after finding and persuading someone who believed in the story of a publishing house and believed in it as he did, he quickly started his journey of success and ensured that the magnificent works survived to the present day.
Here, perseverance and faith have been the keys to exit.
Oprah Winfrey:
When we look at Oprah Winfrey's life, we see a very bad childhood. Growing up as the daughter of a low-income family, she faced abuse from her closest relatives and became pregnant at a very young age. Winfrey tried to get through the bad days by focusing on her studies at the university and by getting scholarships. She has worked at various jobs as she graduated.
Perhaps no one knows that Oprah was fired after 7.5 months of anchoring experience in her previous job before she became one of the world's most famous media millionaires. Well, when you consider that the reason why he was fired there played the biggest role in his success today, the story reaches a completely different point. Namely, someone who lost her job because of a story of being dismissed by her director, for a family whose house she reported on burned down, not only for delivering the news, but for choosing to help their lives and entering as a contributor to the news. What made it so successful were the reality shows he made with hundreds of people whose lives he touched. It will not be easy to predict the difficulties and failures you encounter in life in the picture where you will be successful.
Jim Carrey:
We all know Jim Carrey as someone who brought us together some of the highest-grossing comedy films of all time, such as The Mask, Dumb and Dumber, and Ace Ventura, and gave unparalleled acting. However, not all of us know the story of Carrey's struggle. He grew up in a low-income family with a father struggling to find a job. They were so poor that at the age of 15 he had to drop out of high school and work as a janitor just to support his family.
At a club in Toronto called Yuk Yuk's, he took the stage for the first time to perform for a very small audience for his greatest talent as a comedian. Later, when he auditioned for Saturday Night Live in the 1980-81 season, he failed.
However, we all know about Carrey's later achievements. In an interview with Oprah Winfrey, Carrey explains how she uses the Law of Attraction with a very interesting example. That is to say, he tells that he carried a sample of the 10 million dollar check that he dreamed of getting in return for his work for 7 years in his wallet and that he received exactly this check for the movie Dumb and Dumber.
We are talking about a success story that dreams without any excuse in line with its talents, and clings to them in order to make these dreams come true.
As Albert Einstein said, failure is an ongoing success on the road to success. Those who choose not to fail will never succeed. Success comes with the times of hardship that will bother you the most. After all the suffering has passed, the stronger individual is much more likely to approach success. Believe in yourself and believe in yourself, do not be afraid of your failures and focus only on the successful moment in your dreams. In this way, there will be no obstacle to success.
