Samet helps business executives and entrepreneurs build self-contained businesses so they can generate more profit, more fans and more freedom.
With its working methods, it enables its customers to make high-return investments, increases the popularity of their companies in the market, ensures business developments in line with their strategies and visions, and is with them in all processes with a motivating approach.
Samet started his entrepreneurial journey at the age of 7 with the mobile market he founded in his family home. He experienced the business world in short-term jobs until he came to the university ranks. Although it was always said to be prepared for working in companies founded by others, he found the idea of creating his own wheel while studying industrial engineering, where he tried to use his mathematics and communication-oriented intelligence together. He took all kinds of risks to turn entrepreneurship into a lifestyle.
The internet initiatives he started while he was at university, without capital, made him a university graduate without any salary. In this process, he learned the answers to the questions of how to become an entrepreneur from scratch, how to find customers, how to create cash flow and how to manage debts. While continuing to add new ones to his academic achievements, he set his mind to give all his energy as one of the founders of Decathlon Buzz, one of the first social media companies in Turkey, in order to make a strong entry into the business world. This is how the global success story born in Turkey began.

Until today, I have made it a principle to give justice to where I am. Achieving this in both the university and the business world has been my source of motivation. I have been a passionate entrepreneur throughout my life and have made it my lifestyle. I always believe that entrepreneurs are people who make our world beautiful, enrich and make dreams come true. That's why, when working with corporate companies, I try to integrate the entrepreneurial approach into all business models, as with startups. I am excited to make people dream, make them feel what they can do, and tell the trends of the new world. I love any place where new ideas are spoken and born.
After all, we strive to find the meaning of our lives with the places we work, the companies we have established and the dreams we have, we want to reach the assets that will mediate it, and we try to leave legacies of piles of success. At least that's the truth for me!
I was born and raised in Istanbul, we are from the Black Sea family as a family ☺, I try to be with people I love and believe they love me, I work hard but I travel a lot, of course my life partner Billur and my everything Can Atlas are my greatest wealth… Being positive and smiling Being is one of my qualities that I will not give up.

He is the founding partner of Decathlon Buzz, one of Turkey's first in the field of social media and one of the digital agencies that has won many awards including Cannes Lions. Europe's largest retail-focused marketing group, Altavia, purchased the majority shares of Decathlon Buzz in 2016, taking into account the 1900% growth it has achieved in line with the business model, services it has provided and the success stories it has created from its establishment to the 6th year.
Samet Ensar Sarı was responsible for the merger of Altavia Turkey and Decathlon and assumed the role of General Manager of Altavia Decathlon, a full-service new generation marketing agency. He became a member of the European Steering Committee of the Altavia Group and took part in the digital transformation of the group. He worked as a senior consultant in the Paris office of the group until July 2021, and continued his business life as an entrepreneur and investor. Currently, he continues to work as the Chief Brand Officer and a Member of the Executive Board of the company, taking responsibility for all domestic and international brand processes of Yolcu360, the fastest growing technology company in Turkey.
He became the "Talent Champion" from Turkey in the "Top CEE Entrepreneurs" list published in 2019 as part of the international organization organized by the Adecco Group. At the TEDx Bahçeşehir University event to which he was invited, he gave a speech with the theme “Own Your Channel”. He participated as a speaker from Turkey at the Global Entrepreneurship Congress in Milan, European Confederation of Junior Enterprises in Coimbra and Slush in Finland. It was entitled to receive awards from the most prestigious organizations of the marketing and communication world, such as the European Excellence Awards, Adobe Travel Marketing Awards, and Digital Age Awards. He voluntarily takes part in the advertisement evaluation board of the Economist magazine and in the Mentor staff of the Türk Telekom Pilot program. He served as a judge for two terms at the New York-based Cresta International Advertising Awards.
He takes active responsibility at the Turkish Informatics Foundation, and is one of the founders of the Institute of Industrial Engineering Turkey Branch. He is one of the dream partners and active managers of the Start Point platform, which was founded with inspiration from Faruk Eczacıbaşı's book "It's Just Beginning".
In line with his special interest in Blockchain technology, he was entitled to receive his MBA degree with his thesis on Blockchain and social media technologies, the first in Turkey, at Bahçeşehir University and was invited to the advisory staff of the Blockchain-based Facebit platform. Retail and blockchain focused article on Altavia Watch was published in English, and at the Engineering and Technology Management Summit, the article "Transformation of Social Media with Blockchain" was published in Turkish.
He is a graduate of Istanbul Erkek High School. He graduated from Bilkent University Industrial Engineering with a scholarship and a high degree, and was entitled to receive the honor student status.
